Viking Competitive Swim TeamThe Vikings have won 15 Western Mass District YMCA Championships and 10 Western Mass Summer Swim League Championships since 1987. The program is for young people 6 to 18 years of age who love to swim and wish to compete in the sport. Program focus is on development of the total person through swimming. Adult Volleyball LeagueWe will be forming teams for men, women, and co-ed leagues seasonally. Games are played Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings. If you are interested in playing, contact Kathy Viens or Paula Conway at the YMCA. Individual players are welcome and we will make every attempt to place you on a team.

Tiny TotsParent and child 6 months to 2 years. Tiny Tots is a beginner movement class designed to teach basic concepts of body awareness, direction and creative play. With a combination of both structured and open play your child will be encouraged to explore and develop their physical body and surroundings. |

Little ExplorersYouth ages 3 to 5 years. Little Explorers is a movement based class designed to allow your child to explore and develop their physicla body. Through series of fun structured and open play activities your child will improve their muscle strength, coordination, lisetinging skills and social skills. This class will use basic tumbling skills, yoga, parachutes, balls, balance beams and more to provide a highly interactive and engaging experience. |

Parents Night Out! We've designed this night just for you! Drop your kids off at the Y and allow our staff to provide fun and safe activities. Your child can choose gym play, swimming, a movie, crafts and more. Our Child Watch/Nursery will be open for our youngest children. This is your chance to have a date night, finish a project, go shopping or just relax. |
