Ongoing Adult Wellness Classes
- All land-based group exercise classes are included in your membership and run continually.
- The only land-based group exercise class you need to preregister for are Y-cycle classes-due to there being a limited number of bikes. Y-cycle class registrations open 24 hours before the class. Call the Y at 534-5631.
- We offer over 50 group fitness classes each week: Body sculpt, y-cycle, cardio kick-boxing, swimming, cardio hip-hop, boot camp, strength training, yoga and more!

Summer Session Classes
Summer Session registration begins June 7 and ends June 21. The Summer Session is 8 weeks and runs from Sunday, July 6 to Saturday, August 30. Sunday classes are pro-rated due to Sunday, July 20 swim meet.
