NEW – Healthy Weight and Your Child.

Healthy Weight and Your Child (HWYC) is an evidence-based program for children with obesity. This 25-session program empowers 7-13 year olds, with the support of their family, to reach a healthy weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Join us at our Family Information Session for more information and to see if your child qualifies.

Session-Classes for Youth and Family

Fall II runs from Sunday, October 30 to Saturday, December 17.

Registration for the Winter begins Saturday, December 10th. The Winter Session is 7 weeks and runs from Sunday, January 2 to Saturday, February 25.

Ongoing Adult Wellness Classes

  • All land-based group exercise classes are included in your membership and run continually.
  • The only land-based group exercise class you need to preregister for are Y-cycle classes-due to there being a limited number of bikes. Y-cycle class registrations open 24 hours before the class. Call the Y at 534-5631.
  • We offer over 50 group fitness classes each week: Body sculpt, indoor cycling, cardio kick-boxing, swimming, cardio hip-hop, boot camp, strength training, yoga and more!
