Wellness Center
Our Wellness Center includes state of the art cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility equipment, and is designed to meet the needs of both beginners and the experienced.
The Wellness Center is divided into 4 areas: Cardio, Nautilus, Stretch & Core, and Free Weights. The Cardio area includes a wide variety of equipment to help you increase your heart rate and improve cardiovascular health. The Nautilus area is equipped with 21 machines designed to give you a total body workout. Our Stretch & Core area provides space for stretching, as well as equipment that targets core strengthening. Our Free Weight area includes dumbbells, barbells, plate loaded equipment, benches and more.

Adult Fitness Options
The Greater Holyoke Y prides itself on the diversity and strength of our aquatics options and group fitness classes. We offer cutting edge classes for all ages and abilities, around the clock. All land-based classes and aquatics classes are included in your membership and are available to teens aged 14 and over and adults. Take a class or a swim today!

Boy do we use our gym! At any given time, our gym hosts basketball pick-up games, group fitness, volleyball, birthday parties, basketball leagues and kids classes!
